With several years of experience leading projects for well-known local and international hotel groups in some of Sydney’s top architecture and design studios, Pierre has a detailed approach to design combined with a strong technical understanding that allows him to take the clients’ briefs and transform it into outstanding spaces that have a clear and authentic identity.

Space Planning

Measure and drafting of existing site conditions, establishment of proposed schematic floorplans including detailed furniture layout for spatial optimisation.  

Concept & Design

Preparation of concept presentation including coloured plans and elevations, 3D visuals, material palette, with design direction for furniture, fixtures and signage.

Documentation

Complete fixed finishes CAD drawings set including custom joinery and details, colour and material specifications, sanitary and hardware schedule.

Construction and Site Advice

Site inspections and coordination meetings, factory visit for quality control of joinery and custom items, mock-up room and prototype review.

Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment

Sourcing for furniture and custom design items, decorative and architectural lighting fixtures, and appliances with costings including trade pricing when available.

Styling

Soft furnishings, linen and accessories selection, installation on site, artwork and Objet d’Art consulting.
